Within Dubnov 1, Talbiyeh, Jerusalem, this apartment, originally sold by our team-was fully commissioned to us for a complete, tailor-made redesign.

Dwek Architects, together with I.D. Ruthy Landau, whose interior design leadership shaped the palette, spatial flow, and detailing, delivered an end-to-end scope aligned with the building’s architecture and open-space ethos: flowing, light-filled rooms, natural materials, and precise carpentry, all with careful attention to daylight, ventilation, and durable low-impact finishes. Conceived and realized as a single, joint creation by Dwek Architects and I.D. Ruthy Landau.

Probably the most functional of arts, we relate to architecture as an art at the service of man. Our work has been focused on the city dweller. Our design is based on functional criteria up to the point where it respects harmony, aesthetics, comfort and warmth. We find it challenging to harmonize different wishes and styles into one creation. Our natural tendency is to work with quality natural materials whenever possible. Our expertise is the maximization of every meter available without compromising on the feeling of space in critical spaces. We offer our clients a broad understanding of the urban space for full-fledged projects up to interior decoration to the smallest details. Led by Arch. David S. Project 41 Hashayarot old katamon, Jerusalem

Single Private house, planned, supervised and managed the total renovation and construction of the whole 4 level building including a new extension, furniture design and every single detail. Approximately 400sqm. Finished and delivered in 6 months according to provided time schedule.

Project 2 Haran - Rehavia

In this project we managed the architectural planning, supervising renovation and construction of small Pent House including roof garden.

Project Ashdod port

Concept Project – Exposing the spectacle in the Ashdod Port to the public by surrounding it with an elevated boardwalk and planning a landmark multi-use tower inspired by the sea the wind and sails.
